Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how cancellations, credits, and refunds work for DashAdvisr subscriptions operated by NaviWorks LLC. By subscribing to the Service, you agree to the terms below.
1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Every new DashAdvisr subscription comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If the Service does not meet your expectations within the first 30 days of your initial purchase, contact us for a full refund — no questions asked.
- Eligibility: The guarantee applies to your first billing cycle only (monthly or annual).
- How to claim: Email admin@dashadvisr.com within 30 days of your first charge. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
- After 30 days: The standard cancellation policy below applies.
2. Monthly Subscriptions
- Cancellation: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access continues through the end of the current billing period.
- No partial refunds: After the 30-day guarantee period, monthly subscriptions are not eligible for pro-rated refunds. Once a billing cycle has started, you retain access for the full month.
- Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled before the renewal date.
3. Annual Subscriptions
If we offer annual plans in the future:
- 30-day guarantee: The same 30-day money-back guarantee applies to annual plans.
- After 30 days: Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after the initial 30-day period. You retain access through the end of your annual term.
- Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Your access continues through the end of the paid annual period, and the subscription will not renew.
4. Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged in error (duplicate charge, incorrect amount, charge after cancellation), contact us within 60 days and we will investigate and issue a correction or refund as appropriate.
5. Downgrading
If you downgrade from a higher-tier plan to a lower-tier plan:
- The change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
- No refund is issued for the difference between plans during the current cycle.
- You retain access to higher-tier features until the current billing period ends.
6. Account Termination
If we terminate your account due to a violation of our Terms of Service, no refund will be issued. If we discontinue the Service entirely, we will provide a pro-rated refund for any unused portion of your subscription.
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or report a billing issue, contact us at admin@dashadvisr.com with your account email and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect.
