The Waypoint Score is a 0-100 composite health metric for your business. It blends revenue, cost efficiency, customer satisfaction, and operational performance into a single number — benchmarked against similar businesses in your vertical.

Your Waypoint Score recalculates whenever new data is synced from your connected integrations or when you enter data manually. You can also trigger a recalculation from the dashboard at any time.

Sage AI is DashAdvisr's built-in advisor. It analyzes your business data and Waypoint Score, then gives you plain-language recommendations — like which nights to run specials, where you're overspending, or how to improve a specific metric.

No. DashAdvisr uses Anthropic's Claude API, which does not use customer data for model training. Your data is processed in real-time and is not stored by Anthropic. See our Privacy Policy for details.

The Starter plan ($99/mo) includes 20 AI insights per month. The Pro plan ($249/mo) and Enterprise plan ($499/mo) offer unlimited AI insights.

From your dashboard, go to the Integrations page and click the "Connect" button for the tool you want. You'll be redirected to authorize DashAdvisr through that platform's secure OAuth flow. We never see or store your login credentials.

DashAdvisr was designed with a "trust-by-architecture" philosophy. Here's exactly how your data is protected:

• Row-Level Security (RLS) — Every database query is scoped to your account. It is physically impossible for one venue owner to see another's data, even if a bug existed in our code.
• Zero-knowledge integrations — We connect to Square, QuickBooks, etc. via OAuth. We never see or store your login credentials. You can revoke access from their platforms at any time.
• We keep scores, not receipts — DashAdvisr retains aggregated scores and insights, not raw transaction details. Your POS data is processed into domain scores and discarded — we never warehouse your individual transactions.
• Encrypted at rest and in transit — All data is encrypted using AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. API keys and OAuth tokens are stored in Supabase Vault, a dedicated secrets manager.
• No data selling, ever — Your data is never sold, shared, or used for anything other than generating your own scores and insights. This is in our Terms of Service, not just a promise.

No. DashAdvisr uses Anthropic's Claude API, which contractually does not use customer data for model training. Your business data is processed in a single request, used to generate your insight, and then discarded by the AI provider. Anthropic's privacy policy confirms this.

All your data — scores, insights, integration tokens, and any stored snapshots — is permanently deleted within 30 days. We don't keep backups of individual account data. Once it's gone, it's gone. You can request deletion at any time by emailing admin@dashadvisr.com.
